All UK orders will be shipped using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed. This is a tracked and signed-for service that ensures next working day delivery (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number for reference. Delivery within the UK is £8.50

Ordering from outside the UK

Before placing an order from outside the UK, please Contact us to confirm latest applicable delivery options and prices. Sadly due to European GPSR and customs regulations, we are unable to ship to the EU at present.

For customers outside the UK, please note that your order may be subject to customs charges, import duties, and/or VAT dependng on your country’s regulations. These fees are payable by the recipient of the goods. Clare Maiden Jewellery does not cover or accept responsibility for these charges.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Parcels

Clare Maiden Jewellery is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, or damaged once they have been dispatched. We encourage you to track your parcel using the Royal Mail tracking number provided. In case of any issues, please contact Royal Mail directly for assistance.
